At WHYTE, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of our oral care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or unwanted items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@trywhyteproducts.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
